Gear up for a good time

Youth camps where faith & friendship deepens.

Although many local Baptist churches run their own youth camps, BCWA also runs camps open to all churches and youth.

Over more than 50 years, we’ve become known for fun-filled, adventure holiday youth camps in Western Australia.

Our summer and winter camps have been significant in the lives of many people by helping shape and grow their faith. Often, lifelong friendships are formed, and a love and respect for nature deepens as well.

Watch this space for future camps!

Camp Leaders

We are calling for Leaders (16+) to serve at this camp. This is a great opportunity for Young Adults in your Church to grow in leadership and ministry skills.

If you know of Young Adults who are passionate about serving and discipling the next generation please have them contact Ps. Warick Smith for more information: ws@claremontbaptistchurch.com

We are grateful to Pastor Warick Smith and Claremont Baptist Church for directing this camp. Here is a message from Warwick:

“Baptist I nters Camp is a great opportunity for year 7-9’s to get together from across W.A. to learn about Jesus and what it means to follow him, to make life-long friendships and to have heaps of fun along the way. Serpentine Campsite has great facilities including comfortable dorms, indoor basketball, a sports oval and a swimming pool. If you are a year 7-9 in 2022, you are very welcome to join us!” – Ps. Warick Smith.

We’re taking a break

A COVID-19 announcement.

Since the beginning of 2020, we have prayerfully considered the impacts of COVID-19 on our youth camps ministry. BCWA has come to the decision to postpone any foreseeable camps until the pandemic settles and we can ensure the safety and wellbeing of every camper and leader.
During this time, we encourage our local churches to continue running camps in smaller numbers. It is with continued prayer that we look to the future of BCWA camps and the ministry opportunities God will provide in this space. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
